Do Not Call (DNC) Policy

1. Introduction

At EverContractor LLC, we respect your right to privacy and are committed to complying with all applicable federal and state Do Not Call (DNC) laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Federal Trade Commission's Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR). This Do Not Call Policy explains how you can manage your communication preferences with us and opt out of marketing calls.

2. Internal Do Not Call List

If you do not wish to receive marketing phone calls from EverContractor LLC, you may request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list. Once you make this request, we will add your phone number to our internal DNC list within five (5) business days and will honor this preference for at least five (5) years, or longer as required by law.

Please include your full name and the phone number(s) you want added to our internal DNC list.

4. Respecting the National Do Not Call Registry

In addition to honoring internal opt-outs, EverContractor LLC also respects the National Do Not Call Registry. We do not initiate unsolicited marketing calls to numbers listed on the registry unless:You have provided prior express written consent, orYou have an existing business relationship with us.

5. Third-Party Marketing

EverContractor LLC may work with affiliated lead buyers, contractors, and service partners who engage in direct marketing. While we require all partners to comply with TCPA and DNC laws, we do not control their internal DNC lists. If you receive a call from a third party after submitting your DNC request to us, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the matter.

6. Exceptions to DNC Requests

7. Training and Compliance

All employees and contractors involved in telemarketing or customer outreach receive training on our Do Not Call procedures. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action or termination.
